Absolutely. Most participants come solo. You'll be welcomed into a supportive community where everyone is on their own journey. The group field is part of what makes this experience so powerful.

Retreat begins at 6pm Friday for the Welcome Dinner Retreat concludes at 4pm Sunday. Please be available throughout the reminder of the weekend for all processes. We will be experiencing full days.

Not everyone has dramatic breakthroughs. Some people have quiet, deep recognitions. Both are profound. You'll learn the framework, have direct experiences (even subtle ones), and leave with practices for life. Trust your unique process.

Please mention this in your registration. The work can be intense but is held safely. If you're in acute crisis or need stabilization, we'll discuss whether this timing is right for you or recommend additional support first.

Sharing is invited, never required. You can participate fully by doing your own internal work and witnessing others. The group energy is powerful whether you speak or stay silent.

Options are choosing from single or double room or a day pass to attend and not stay at the hotel. All meals will be included for both options.

If you are coming with a friend you will be asked to indicate this on the sign up form and you will be allocated a room together. If not you will be matched with another participant. This is a great way to make friends and deepen the retreat experience.

If you are staying offsite please be aware that we have long days beginning at 6:30am. Brakfast and lunch (and Friday dinner are included in your package so you can be a part of the full retreat process)

Full refund up to 30 days before the event (by August 28). After that, no refunds, but you may transfer your spot to someone else.

Yes, we facilitate a group chat if participants want to stay connected. Many people form lasting connections through deep work together.

You'll have clear daily practices, integration tools, and the framework for life. Some participants join the 6-month Consciousness Method mentorship for deeper work. Others integrate independently. The transformation is yours to continue.
